Kally's Playlists: Workout Jams

Going for a run? Doing an intense ab and butt workout? Whatever your choice of exercise may be, you’ll need some music motivation. It’s so tough to get in the zone to workout, but with the right music, it’s possible. Many people workout to rap, rock & EDM. My personal favorites are rap, and a few EDM songs for when I need to run faster. Rap and hip-hop songs are great for core and strength workouts, because the counts of the music can be used to pace your reps.

This playlist has a good mix of songs to get your blood pumping. If you’re lazy like me, you may need an extra push to get your workout started—check out Fitness Motivation as well. I always queue up a track from Fitness Motivation, featuring wise and motivating words from people in fitness. It may not be your style, but trust me, it can work if you take it seriously. With these motivation tracks and my playlist, you can be sure to stay motivated and on point.
