Three Playlists To Make Your Morning

As someone who is not a morning person, I need all the motivation I can get to wake up every day. However, I found the best way to start my day is by listening to music. In fact, I have music playing from the moment I start getting ready until I’m walking the streets of New York. Some of you may opt for calming music in the morning, but I am different. I love waking up to music that transports me from Grand Central Station to a club in Times Square.

I have shared three playlists that will help you be more energetic during your morning routine.

Move Ya Body

This playlist is full of songs to make you “Move Ya Body,” pun intended. It features reggae artists such as Sean Paul & Rihanna, as well as pop electronic artists like Pitbull and Lime. You will feel your body move to the beat instantaneously.

Turn Up The Music

This playlist features upbeat melodies and catchy lyrics. Without even realizing it, you’ll start lip-syncing the words to Nicki Minaj’sPound The Alarm”, or Calvin Harris’Summer” underneath your mask. Click play and turn up the music!

Energy

The last playlist features hip hop and rap hits that will leave you feeling as hype as Migos on their song, “Motorsport.” Let yourself listen to the lyrics and embrace the energy these songs give off.

There is nothing like waking up to my favorite artists in the morning. Not only does it get me out of bed, but I feel motivated to tackle my day in NYC. They say that “music is the soundtrack of our lives,” so, I make sure my playlists are funky and upbeat while walking around the greatest city in the world.
