I know it’s been said a trillion times, but this pandemic has affected us all. The constant repetition of completing the same activities can tarnish a person’s mental health. So that’s why it’s important to add in exciting elements to spice up your day.

Something that can completely change your mood are podcasts! Now, I know what some of you are thinking: “listening to people talking about topics I don’t care about is so boring.” Listen, I used to feel that way until I discovered that there are so many podcasts and it’s impossible for me not to find one that I like. That’s the joy of podcasts. The best part about the podcasts I’m featuring is that they’re free! Now, who doesn’t love free things? Hopefully this makes you less weary of podcasts, and more open to adding them into your daily routines!
