Wear or Tear: Euphoria Edition S2E3

It’s safe to say that Euphoria has made an epic comeback in season 2 thus far. In episode 3, “Big and Little Bullys,” we aren’t only gasping for air, but looking for a rope to grab on to. From Cassie’s meltdown to Rue’s drug deal, let's wear or tear outfits from season 2 episode 3.

As we’ve previously discussed, Kat (Barbie Ferreira) is going through an emotional cycle. She isn’t feeling as confident in who she is or wants to be. But, she is sure of what she wants to wear.

Thus far, we’ve seen Kat execute cute and chic outfits, but this one is our favorite! During the infamous bathroom scene, Kat wore the Maisie Wilen Sleeveless Spades Top. The top’s design consists of a distorted plaid/spades fabric pattern, black ribbed collar, sleeveless design, straight/finished hem, and tonal stitching—so cute.

We love her new look. This is definitely a… wear!

Kat isn’t the only one serving new looks this season. Call her salad cause she be dressin’. Lexi (Maude Apatow) did not come to play this season. Okay, that was corny—but, her outfit wasn’t!

While producing her new play, we got many outfit changes from the character. But, the one that caught our eye the most was the Mirage Fitted Shirt Pink. The colors offered such a sharp contrast from her previous style choice. Plus, bright rose and pink tones always scream “new me.”

She is definitely giving main character vibes. It’s Lexi’s world, we’re just living in it. Don’t believe us?  Hear it from Twitter fans that are obsessing over her new look and persona. One user even made it clear that she and Lexi will continue to pretend their life is a movie with all the glamour and drama.

Lexi’s new looks continue to win our hearts. This look continues that streak; it’s a wear

Speaking of streaks, Jules’s (Hunter Schafer) did not last. Last week we tore Jules’s outfit. Did she redeem herself with this week’s look? While intimately connecting with Elliot (Dominic Fike), we connected with her outfit.

During this week’s episode, Jules wore pieces from Charlotte Knowles London Spring/Summer 2020 collection. She paired looks 14 and 17 from the runway show, leaving us in complete awe.

This is no doubt a wear!

The intimate connection between Jules and Elliot gave us all butterflies, but Elliot does that for us on his own.

TikTok fans have been obsessing over Elliot since episode 1, but especially when he’s wearing graphic tees, which we all love. In the episode, he’s wearing a cotton Vintage 1995 Rodeo Attitude Thought You Could Ride shirt. The graphic tee is a green moss color with the words “Rodeo Attitude” screen printed on the left side. Like we said, love.

It’s a wear from us!

Just like Elliot, we always see Rue (Zendaya) in a unique graphic tee. Her shirts are typically symbolic of her mood. In this episode, she was a hustler, as stated on her graphic tee. Rue wore a Homegrown Hustlers Paradise Rap t-shirt, which set the tone of her mood this episode loud and clear.

Rue, we heard you, it’s a wear. We hope you heard us.

Graphic tees are no longer welcomed in this zone, because Maddy (Alexa Demie), is full of glamour. We all expected Maddy would find out about Nate and Cassie in this episode, but she didn’t. However, we got something a bit juicer. Maddy’s look this episode consisted of a custom Akna Lavendar two-piece set with handmade Swarovski tattoos. Yes, this is totally a wear

Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) is here for the glamour just like Maddy. Cassie did not only have a mental breakdown this season—But, a ton of looks. Our favorite is Marc Jacobs The Prom Dress in watercolor printed taffeta. The dress has an off-shoulder sweetheart neckline with bow detailing. Exaggerated puff sleeves with a fit-and-flare silhouette, reminiscent of the 80s. Despite how much we can’t stand Cassie this season— We give this outfit a standing ovation.

It’s camp but it’s a wear from us!

We hope you’re taking notes on all the outfits thus far because we still have more to wear or tear! This episode was a success, but will the rest be? Let’s find out together as we unpack outfits from Euphoria episode 4.
