What to Watch This Fall: Hulu Edition

Have you ever sat down to watch TV, spent forever looking for something enticing, then given up and turned on an old favorite? We’ve all been there, but not anymore. This is your guide to new and returning favorites coming to Hulu this fall.

Returning Favorites:

The Kardashians (Season 2)

A list of Hulu shows would be incomplete without mentioning the new queens of Hulu, the Kardashians. After ending their iconic 20-season-long reality TV show, the Kardashian family is back every Wednesday night! This season documents the sisters throughout Tristan Thompson’s cheating drama, Kim at The Met Gala, and Blacc Chyna’s lawsuit against the family. We recommend this show for avid-reality TV viewers and anyone interested in Kardashian drama!

Abbot Elementary (Season 2)

After their very successful night at the Emmys, the whole cast of Abbot Elementary is returning to Wednesday nights. Filmed in a mockumentary style, this heart-warming show revolves around the lives of teachers at an inner-city public school in Philadelphia. Viewers may recognize lead actress Quinta Brunson from Buzzfeed videos, and supporting actor Tyler James Williams from Everybody Hates Chris (2005-2009). We recommend this show for a quick laugh and a mood boost!

The Handmaid's Tale (Season 5)

Returning for their second to last season, The Handmaid's Tale is back! Past viewers should be ready every Wednesday night to see June (Elizabeth Moss) face consequences for her treacherous actions. This show is recommended for viewers okay with graphic scenes and those with a taste for revenge.

The Come Up

Boasted as a docu-reality series, The Come Up features six young creatives of every variety, from “the super-model” to “the life of the party.” The group is seen hunting down their passions and having a blast. This show is recommended for viewers interested in NYC’s downtown scene or chasing their creative dreams.

Tell Me Lies

Lucy Albright (Grace Van Pattern) meets Stephen DeMarco (Jackson White) in the typical college way and begins a romantic relationship almost too good to be true. This suspenseful show takes many dramatic turns, that we will let you discover for yourself. We recommend this show for lovers of suspense and toxic affairs.

The days of unhappily re-watching predictable oldies are officially over! We hope this guide has served you well and you curl up on the couch with a brand new TV show from Hulu. Happy watching!
