Kally's Playlists: Starting Your Mornings

I’m sure we all have trouble getting up and motivated in the mornings (especially now), but it is important to make the most of your first hours of the day. A great way to start your morning is by meditating, or at least giving yourself time to reflect on the day before and plan for the day ahead. After morning meditations or reflections, wash your face, sip your cup of coffee, and maybe change your sweatpants to clean ones—then, listen to this playlist full of chill music.

This playlist helps me to get my day started. “Morning Vibes” is a mix of slow and upbeat tracks created by some of my favorite artists, and some random artists found from YouTube and Spotify radio stations. I normally would listen to this while doing my everyday makeup routine, but now I jam out while sipping coffee with a bare face… just social distancing things. It will definitely put you in a good mood!

P.S. “Frutas” by Vell The Wonder is my favorite on this playlist. It’s about a cute couple making breakfast together…sounds corny, I know, but it works.
