The Start to A Healthier Journey

My health journey began when I noticed a particular shift in my body’s lack of productivity and achievements take a toll on my health, it was as if my body was crying for help. I feared that my body became weaker to the approach of any physical activity. I figured out that my body lacked certain vitamins and nutrients that are essential to anybody, such as vitamin K, vitamin C, iron-riched foods, and immunity-boosting necessities.

Health and medical experts from Harvard T.H. Chan, School of Public Health report that, without consuming a certain amount of fruits and vegetables, there can be dangerous effects and tolls on the function of the human body. Knowing this, I decided to switch my diet to include fundamental elements such as foods that incorporate high doses of iron, immunity, vitamin K, and vitamin C into my daily routine.

Health-obsessed celebrities such as Kourtney Kardashian have shared their beneficial opinions on it as well. Kourtney shared her top juices Via, Poosh her blog. These juices benefit her body, mind, soul, and most importantly these juices make for the perfect morning drink.

Making juices each morning can be a bit overwhelming compared to a cup of coffee. But this morning drink will provide you with the energy you need while providing your body with the nutrients it needs.

This green juice recipe takes approximately 10 minutes to prepare. It is a quick, easy, and ready-to-go beverage that you can add to your diet, and it makes for a fun healthy drink. The six-ingredient green juice contains Kale, Spinach, Pineapple, Granny Smith Apples, Mint, and Lemon. The fun activity can be quickly prepared when placed into my highly recommended juicer or blender.

For instance, my health concerns stemmed from my medical reports showing a lower level than usual within the vitamin K and C range. The green is known to treat as well as boost vitamin K and C levels specifically.
