Welcome to the season of the archer! Remember to take deep breaths, because a new year is right around the corner. It’s the last stretch of this year (and the semester), don’t sizzle out now. Finish this year strong, and set-up next year to be a passionate and firey success.

Café de olla: a traditional mexican coffe that translates to “coffee from a pot”. Traditionally made in a clay pot, it blends the flavors of coffee and spice by influsing cinnamon and piloncillo into the drink. It is popularly known as a Café Maya, in local coffee shops.
