Trend Report: Mocha Vs Matcha
For this shoot, we played with two opposing energies.
Mocha is fun and chaotic. She’s caffeinated, a little unpredictable, and thrives off the organized chaos. Think deep browns, oversized blazers, layered textures, and an effortlessly chic vibe. She walks fast, talks fast, and has 10+ tabs open in her brain at all times. She’s intense in the best way.
Matcha is cool, calm, and collected. She’s softer, more grounded, but strong-willed and focused. Clean lines, fresh greens, subtle glow. She doesn’t need to be loud to be noticed. Everything about her feels intentional and balanced. She wakes up early, is never without her journal, and somehow always seems put together.
There are two moods we’re focusing on for this spring: chaotic energy or calm confidence.
